What LandmanIQ does
Search and filter parcels on the map or in a table, then follow a parcel out to the community, plat and builder records connected to it. Selecting parcels is not the same as narrowing the question, and the screen keeps the two apart.
Save a site, take it into a project, and work a diligence checklist against it with the evidence, tasks and decisions kept together.
A source fact, a calculation, an assumption you made and an AI interpretation are four different things, and LandmanIQ never presents one as another. What a source does not establish stays unknown rather than becoming a zero.
